I bought it from envodrive.com and the brakes was feeling off right away. They felt soft, and the scooter didn’t stop as quick as it should, even when I was just riding normal speed. I had a couple moments where I brake hard and it kind of just keeps going longer than I expected, which was scary.
I reached out to customer support but they didn’t really helps much, mostly just told me to check basic things. For something like brakes, you need to feel safe and trust it, and I really didn’t. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I bought this hoping it would handle my daily route, but it just really struggles with hills. Even on medium slopes, it slows down a lot and feels like it’s working way too hard. It’s probably fine on flat roads, but if you’ve got hills to deal with, I’d be disappointed.

They did end up fixing it, so I can’t really complain too much. The only thing was the warranty response took longer than I was hoping, and I kept checking my email like, maybe it’ll come today… then forgetting about it and remembering again later. Overall it got handled, just not super quickly.

I ordered this after reading through the info on envodrive and thought it would work with my setup, but once I got into the install, it didn’t line up the way I expected. In my case, I had to pause everything and order a few extra parts to make it work. I can see how it might be fine for someone with a different bike, but from my point of view, the compatibility details could’ve been clearer.

Well... I got this and was happy with it for the price. It feels solid, the finish looks clean, and it doesn’t have that cheap or flimsy feel. I’ve been using it for a little while now and it’s still doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.
The only reason I’d knock off a star is the packaging was basic, so I was a little unsure when it first arrived. But once I opened it up, the product itself was totally fine.

I placed my order and got the first email. That was it, really. After that, almost nothing.

I tried asking for a proper update. Replies were slow. And when they did come, they didn’t really answer what I asked. Felt like I had to keep chasing.
The product might be fine. I don’t know. But the communication wasn’t good for me. I don’t like ordering and then being left guessing...

I was hoping for a bit more power from this. Compared to my last one, the motor feels weak and it starts to struggle even on small hills. For the price, I expected it to feel stronger and more confident. I’m a little disappointed and probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m frustrated with this. I thought putting it together would be a simple weekend project, but it ended up being way more stressful than I expected. It shifts really well overall. Every now and then there’s a slight delay, but it’s not a big deal and the ride still feels smooth.

The box was in good shape too, no dents or anything. The tracking updates did get kinda slow for a little while, but it wasnt a big deal. Overall happy with how fast it got here.

I had a basic setup issue with EnviroDrive, and the support experience kind of confirmed what I was already worried about. They kept sending me the same generic steps over and over, like they were reading from a script, and it really didn’t seem like they understood the actual technical problem.
I asked a couple follow-up questions to clarify things, but the replies were slow and still missed the point. I ended up digging through forums and fixing it myself, which just made me feel like my first impression was right. Frustrating, to be honest
